Responsibilities Analyze and document business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Act as the Product Owner within agile trajectories, managing the backlog, priorities, and roadmap. Optimize business processes and support digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder consultations to align expectations and requirements. Monitor the quality, progress, and value creation of digital solutions. Contribute actively to innovative projects within the intelligence and innovation department. Requirements You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within ICT environments. You possess 5+ years of experience in general business operations applied to ICT . You bring proven expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies and product management. You have experience with the development and optimization of Business Process Management (BPM) . You possess knowledge of Project Management facets including costs, timing, coordination, and planning. You have experience with reporting tools, KPIs , and dashboards . You bring experience in stakeholder management within complex environments. You have knowledge of change management and adoption processes. You have experience with integration challenges and API architecture . You are fluent in Dutch at a C2 level. Nice to Haves Experience with UX/UI principles and user research. Knowledge of security and privacy (GDPR) within ICT environments.
