Jobomschrijving Coordinate projects in collaboration with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams. Act as a key point of contact between internal departments to ensure seamless project execution. Manage quotation and order-related activities throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor material availability and proactively expedite orders when required. Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to guarantee timely delivery of products. Ensure excellent customer service by adhering to established processes and best practices. Support customers by analysing requests, questions and operational challenges. Assist in customer care improvement initiatives and training-related projects. Contribute to operational projects and provide support to management when needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service, project coordination or operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience working with ERP systems is considered an advantage. Customer-focused with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment. Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset. Flexible mindset and willingness to occasionally travel.
