About this role
We are looking for a Technical Assistant to support the PALL (Product Assessment & Laundry Laboratory) team during a temporary assignment. In this hands-on role, you will perform laundry and wash performance tests, take technical measurements before and after washing cycles, maintain laboratory stock, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting. You will work in a team of three Technical Assistants and receive training on various testing methods and equipment. In a nutshell you will: Perform laundry and wash performance tests according to established procedures. Take measurements using laboratory equipment (e.g. spectrophotometer). Record, verify, and upload test data accurately. Maintain testing materials and laboratory stock. Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding test requests, observations, and results. Report any irregularities or unexpected findings during testing. Available full-time from September 22 through December 23. Able to work daily from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a practical, laboratory-based environment. Good communication skills in English. Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, and willingness to learn internal systems). Open to coaching and eager to learn new testing methods. Able to handle laundry baskets of approximately 3 kg using provided ergonomic equipment.
