Join Our Team as a Guide or administratively work for Northern Lights Tours in Tromsø Are you passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences? We are seeking dedicated Guides to lead our Northern Lights tours in Tromsø for the 2026/2027 winter season (September 2026 to March 2027). This is a unique opportunity to work in one of the most stunning natural settings in the world while delivering exceptional service to our guests. Right now we are looking for a worker to help us during the day and also are able to take guided shift as well. Share knowledge about the Aurora Borealis, local history, and Arctic nature Ensure guests' comfort and safety throughout the tour Assist guests with photography and provide tips for capturing stunning images Monitor weather conditions and Aurora forecasts to maximize tour success Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality experiences Maintain vehicles and equipment in excellent condition Who We Are Looking For: Strong Social & Communication Skills -- Confident in storytelling, leading groups, and engaging with guests Fluent English -- Additional languages are a plus Work schedule -- We work afternoon/nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays Professionalism & Responsibility -- Represent our company with pride, respect, and integrity S afe & Smooth Driving Style -- Prioritizing passenger comfort and safety Our mission is to create exceptional and memorable travel experiences for our guests.
