In this role, you are responsible for the overall success of the store, both commercially and operationally. You ensure that the store and your team perform at their best, while making key strategic decisions to drive results.
Lead the store and take full accountability for sales targets, costs, and overall store performanceInspire, coach, and develop your team to support their growth and enable them to perform at their highest levelAnalyse market trends, make commercial decisions, and leverage networking opportunities to drive the store forwardOwn and deliver both short‑ and long‑term objectives, implementing strategies to achieve sustainable successDeliver an exceptional customer experience by guiding your team in customer‑focused service and strong product presentationManage all store operations, from stock control to workforce planning, continuously optimising processes to maximise efficiency and results What we’re looking for
