In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects, aligning stakeholders, monitoring timelines and deliverables, and supporting the successful implementation of project objectives. Responsibilities: - Coordinate multiple project activities and workstreams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and support effective project delivery - Plan and monitor project timelines, progress, deliverables, risks, and action items - Organize project meetings, maintain documentation, and prepare reports, dashboards, and project updates - Support risk management, document project outcomes and best practices, and contribute to continuous process improvements Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in an international environment - Experience in project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management - Good understanding of IT environments and technical processes - Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is an advantage What we offer: - A interim employment contract according to the DGB/GVP collective agreement Above-average compensation, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses An interesting position that matches your qualifications, with the possibility of permanent employment by the client company Your path to us: If you would like to apply directly, you are welcome to send us your CV by email or submit your information via the online application form.
