Your profile: - Successfully completed studies in agricultural sciences, business administration or similar - Several years of professional experience, especially experience in working with different cultures, particularly in Eastern Europe - Proven experience in digital agriculture and ability to manage the partner structures by encouraging their involvement in Digital Solution - Product knowledge of Farm Management Systems, Machine monitoring solutions, automatic steering systems and Precision Farming technologies. - Strong organizational, strategic and goal-oriented mindset - Customer-focused with excellent communication and negotiation skills (English, Russian and German) - Willingness to travel Our benefits: This is our standard in Germany.
