Main challenge:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and partner closely with business leaders in driving our people agenda and supporting business growth.
The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing strategic and pragmatic HR guidance across organizational effectiveness, talent and leadership development, performance, employee engagement and organizational change. The role combines strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring that people priorities are effectively translated into business actions and outcomes.
What it means on a daily basis:
Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies and actionsAct as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, talent management and succession planningDrive employee engagement initiatives by translating employee feedback and people insights into concrete actionsPartner with managers throughout the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, development conversations and performance improvementPartner with leaders and teams through organizational change, ensuring effective communication, engagement and adoptionLead or partner on the implementation of local and global HR initiatives, ensuring effective alignment with business priorities and local requirementsEnsure effective execution of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions and organizational changesContinuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience and ways of working.What success will look like:
Proven experience partnering with managers and business leadersExperience in organizational change, talent management and performance managementExperience working in a matrix and/or international organization is an advantageGood knowledge of Romanian employment legislationWho you would be working with:
