Essential Job Duties:
Level I - Minimum
Manage designated technology application portfolio from configuration, maintenance and monitoringProvide analysis, architectural design and leadership on small size projectsWork within defined IT processes and procedures including the company’s internal software development life cycle methodology (SDLC)Serve as liaisons between technical and business departments in order to ensure that all requirements and targets are metWork under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgmentConsult with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experienceApply basic application management and administration skills with moderate level of proficiencyRepresent department and the organization favorably and in accordance with established Company standards and associate attributes at all timesParticipate in 24x7 On Call rotation supporting break/fix ticket resolution.Other duties as assigned by management
Level II – Fully meets the responsibilities of Level I plus the following:
Manage designated technology application portfolio from reengineering, enhancements and upgrades, to maintenance and monitoringProvide analysis, architectural design and leadership on medium and large complexity projectsWork within and assist with management of defined IT processes and procedures including the company’s internal software development life cycle methodology (SDLC)Work with little to no supervision with extreme latitude for independent judgmentConsult with senior peers on medium to large complexity projectsProvide guidance and knowledge transfer to peers for areas of expertiseApply proficient application management and administration skills with moderate level of proficiencyEssential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Level I - Minimum
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or equivalent experience and trainingAnalytical, motivated and ability to learn new technologies and applicationsAbility to multi-taskKnowledge and management of System Development Lifecycle Methodologies a plusGoal oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively and work efficiently with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to communicate clearly and fluently in English (written and spoken).Keenly attentive to detailAbility to keep sensitive information confidential
Required Experience:
Up to 3 years of successful full-stack development with C#/asp.net or equivalent UI development

Leading projects, developing and administrating Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS): STARLiMS, OutreachLeading projects, developing and administrating Specimen Management SystemsLeading projects, developing and administrating Lab Instrument Interfaces connecting instruments to LIMSWorking knowledge of HL7 standard and codingKnowledge of testing laboratory operations and processes a plusCorepointHigh level of proficiency with PC based software programs
Level II – Fully meets the qualifications of Level I plus the following:
Experience using and applying System Development Lifecycle Methodologies
Proven experience leading tasks or projects related to medium to large size software implementations
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 to 7 years of successful full-stack development with C#/asp.net or equivalent UI development

This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
