Coordinate workflow and perform daily monitoring to meet TATConduct semi-annual performance reviews, interview applicants, keep training records up to date for assigned employees, evaluate succession plans in preparation for growthPerform work for both routine and non-routine work as specified by separate and applicable technical job description for individualCoach, train, and develop others within the group with respect to their personal development and effective implementation of operational improvementsTroubleshoot and solve both instrumental and method issuesLead and write investigations independently, establish root cause and robust CAPASupport and drive LEAN initiatives and operational improvementsPerform all functions in support of and in compliance with all state and federal employment regulations Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, or related degree concentration and at least 4 years of laboratory experienceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Position is full-time, Monday through Thursday, 2pm - 12am. 4x10 schedule, with overtime as needed.
