Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform molecular assays including PCR (RT/qPCR, dPCR), DNA/RNA isolation, NGS library prep/sequencing, and routine analyses (e.g., gel electrophoresis)Provide general lab support: inventory, ordering/restocking, primer/probe prep, stock tracking, plate filling/labelingExecute plate-based assays using aseptic techniqueUse automated systems and lab instruments to run assays and generate dataRecord results in electronic lab notebooks (eLN) and reports Bachelor’s degree in life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and 2-4 years of directly related industry experience or a MS/PhD degree in a life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and up to 2 years of directly related industry experience.Additional Responsibilities may include:
Perform routine cell culture (shake flask passaging, cell banking, media prep, BSC upkeep)Use data analysis software and AI tools for plasmid maps and cell line and cell culture characterization under client guidanceThe ideal candidate would possess:
Experience with aseptic techniqueStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesProficiency in IT related skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM. Overtime as needed.
