YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You will have strategic oversight on fleet management and yield optimization and drive new strategic initiativesYou will lead succession planning efforts and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards, mitigating business risksYou will oversee office leases and property managementYou will act as the main point of contact for expansion and construction initiatives; leading town halls and ensuring effective employee communicationYOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience and Training You have earned a bachelor’s degree in business or within a related field with ten plus years of experience in business development, automotive or in a similar role; and five plus years of senior level management experienceMotivation and Engagement You demonstrate strong communication skills, along with exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skillsReporting and Decision-Making You have team-based project management, experience managing a P&L, and KPI-driven decision-making skillsOrganizational Excellence You have strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritizeCommitment and Travel Your commitment extend beyond opening hours and requires a minimum of 50% travel, domestically.
