POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Coordinator to be responsible for managing key financial processes including accounts receivable and bank statement reconciliations, in addition to supporting balance sheet reconciliation reviews. This role ensures timely and accurate recording of incoming payments, maintains and monitors customer accounts, assists with collection activities, month-end closing procedures, and financial audits, reviews financial records for accuracy and consistency, and assists in maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.
This position requires the incumbent to have strong analytical skills with an aptitude for working with numbers; effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and independent thinker; work independently and as part of a collaborative team; multitask effectively; and engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds.

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• One or more years related work experience
• Experience in an intercollegiate athletic environment
