About this role
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Sportsbook Retention function: engagement, promotions, retention, comms, and product marketing across Bally Bet and MONOPOLY Sportsbook.
• Set the retention strategy across every North American market, using data and player insight to drive engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sports Ops, CRM, Creative, Brand, VIP, Insights, and Product to build standout player experiences.
• Harness AI and emerging tech to personalize journeys, automate workflows, and sharpen promo performance.
• Own the promotional calendar and tentpole campaigns, timed to the biggest moments in sports.
• Measure what matters, partner with Insights to track retention, engagement, revenue, and LTV.
• Pioneer new retention mechanics and tools with Product and MarTech to keep our player experience ahead of the pack.
• Manage key partner relationships (White Hat, Kambi) to get more out of our tech stack.
• Run multi-channel lifecycle campaigns with sharp segmentation, personalized rewards, and a relentless test-and-learn mindset.
• Stay ahead of trends, competitors, tech, and regulation to spot the next big opportunity.
• Build and coach a high-performing team, set the bar, mentor talent, and build a culture of ownership and improvement.
• Champion best practices across Marketing and Ops to keep engagement strategy sharp company-wide.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 USD
