Director of Admissions – Lead the Team That Changes Lives

You'll drive success, energize your staff, and make a direct impact on the futures of our students.
What You'll Do:
• Lead, coach, and motivate your admissions team to hit start goals and crush KPIs
• Drive local outreach and partnerships to fuel lead growth
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to boost results
• Oversee operations to ensure compliance with all policies and regulations
• Collaborate with the Campus President on strategic planning and reporting
• Host open houses, orientations, and community events
• Build a culture that's high-performance and high-energy
What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years in admissions or sales leadership (10+ preferred)
• Strong communicator and people-first leader
• A passion for transforming lives through education
