The Hilton Charlotte Uptown is an upscale full-service property featuring 400 state of the art guestrooms, full-service bar and restaurant and state of the art meeting space in the heart of Uptown Charlotte.
The bartender is responsible for providing outstanding guest service by taking prompt menu orders, preparing and serving cocktails and beverages, and ensuring high quality of food delivery and guest service.
The ideal candidate for the position is upbeat, energetic and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
Technical Requirements:
• Exceed guest expectations
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Must have full-time availability to work from 10am-5pm or 4pm until 11:30pm on weekdays and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. This role does require availability on weekends and holidays.
• Able to follow beverage recipes, prepare cocktails and assist guests with menu recommendations
• Take guest beverage and/or food orders and input orders in point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
