Quanex is seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in Orwell, Ohio.
Quanex Custom Components, a manufacturer of cabinet doors, is seeking people with strong work ethic to become part of our manufacturing team. The Production Associate will perform a variety of tasks related to the manufacturing of cabinet doors which could include sanding, using woodworking machinery, packaging, and many more.
Salary: $20.40 - $31.75 per hour, (rate includes 20% shift differential), starting wage varies based on your experience
Schedule: Monday- Thursday, 8:15pm-6:45am

What Success Looks Like:
• Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines.
• Monitoring product to ensure that quality standards are being met.
• Receives direction from and notifies the supervisor/team lead when more work is needed.
• Maintains the work area in a neat and orderly condition in compliance with 5S standards.
• Promoting teamwork by cooperating and supporting co-workers.
• Assists in other work areas when the workload permits or requires.
What You Bring:
• High School or equivalent education, required.
• 6 months+ of manufacturing experience, preferred.
• Ability to perform detailed work that requires high levels of concentration.
• Bringing a positive attitude and team-oriented mentality.
• Manual/finger dexterity skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive work.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Able to pass background and drug screening process.
