Accountabilities/Duties:
Local Social Platform Project Lead • Serve as the day-to-day lead and administrator for the Local Social platform (SOCi), which powers localized social media content for our Bakeries. • Develop and manage guides and training materials to ensure successful platform adoption and consistent brand storytelling at the local level. • Monitor engagement, usage, and content performance; prepare monthly reports highlighting best practices and areas for improvement. • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to Bakery users to strengthen social media execution and community engagement.
Field Marketing Support • Assist Field Marketing Managers with executional and logistical needs for New Bakery Openings, Grand Openings, and Bakery Birthdays. • Support and help coordinate post NBO opening 90-day recap reviews.
Performance Analysis & Local Insights • Support marketing programs and performance reviews by gathering and organizing data on local marketing activities, sales trends, and digital metrics. • Partner with the Field Marketing team to identify underperforming Bakeries, contributing to local action plans based on data-driven insights, as needed.
Resource & Communication Support • Contribute to the creation of marketing tools, guides, and resources that make local marketing easier and more effective for Bakery system. • Maintain organized marketing documentation and help ensure updates are communicated across the system. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure alignment.

Skills and Abilities:
• Familiarity with social media management tools or platforms (e.g., Sprout, SOCi, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite).
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for supporting local businesses and community engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
Education/Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a multi-unit, franchise, or retail environment.
