About this role
Provide 1:1 remote support to users during their scheduled migration sessions.
Follow a step-by-step migration process using a proprietary tool (training will be provided).
Use Microsoft Bookings to manage user appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient workflow.
Offer live migration support via phone using provided US outbound calling solutions (Microsoft Teams or Genesys).
Perform basic troubleshooting and escalation as needed.
Log activity, migration status, and any issues via Jira Service Management (JSM).
Assist in tracking and reporting on daily migration progress.
Collaborate with other technicians and the project lead to continuously improve efficiency and user experience.
