About this role
The Parts Puller plays a critical role in ISCO's Steel fabrication operations. This position is responsible for accurately pulling material and cutting pipe for welders to meet approved drawings
We are always looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, safety-minded, and comfortable working with measurements, tools, and technical drawings. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, accurately measure pipe and components, and use hand and power tools to cut, drill, and modify products to meet specified dimensions and standards.

Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in reading and using a tape measure is required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, engineering drawings, diagrams, and work orders, or willingness to learn.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to accurately measure, mark, cut, and drill materials to specified dimensions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work.
• Data entry experience.
Ability to
• Read and understand measurements, dimensions, and basic blueprint specifications.
• Accurately use a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Organize and prioritize work orders to meet production requirements.
• Identify problems, determine appropriate solutions, and maintain a strong focus on quality.
• Forklift experience preferred; ability to successfully complete forklift training and certification.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or pipe-related experience preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constantly:
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force to move objects.
• Standing, walking, talking, hearing, and using close visual acuity.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and required personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to improve efficiency, quality, and the work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
