Program Asistant|Full Time

As a Program Assistant at Hope Network, you'll help keep day-to-day program operations running smoothly while providing important administrative support and coordinating the consumer vocational program. From maintaining records and tracking deadlines to assisting consumers with vocational activities, you'll play an important role in supporting both the individuals we serve and the team around them.
What You'll Do
• Provide administrative support, including typing, copying, mailings, reporting, and maintaining program documentation
• Collect, enter, verify, and maintain consumer information and records while tracking important paperwork deadlines
• Assist with psychiatric evaluation and medication review information, residential paperwork, and compliance audits
• Serve as a liaison between consumers and the agency benefits specialist
• Coordinate office and program supplies and assist with day-to-day operational needs
• Oversee the consumer vocational program, including orientation, training, scheduling, payroll coordination, and wage reporting
• Assist consumers with new hire paperwork and provide ongoing support within the vocational program
What We're Looking For
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication skills with a professional and cooperative approach
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with consumers and team members
• Strong computer and administrative skills
What You Bring
Preferred:
• Post-secondary education and/or training
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to Hope Network policy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Typing proficiency of more than 40 WPM
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to use standard office equipment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact with the public in a positive, professional manner
