About this role

Hatfield, PA Schedule: Approximately 10:00 PM–7:00 AM | Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday based on coverage needs | Weekend availability based on business needs

Why Join Clemens Food Group?

If you know sanitation well enough to walk into a room and see what others may be missing, this role lets you put that experience to work beyond simply executing a cleaning schedule.

As a Technical Services Coordinator, you'll serve as a technical sanitation resource on third shift—working directly on the floor to identify sanitation issues, verify processes, support chemical management, and help execution teams correct problems before they become larger food-safety concerns.

This is not a traditional people-supervisor position. Your impact comes from your sanitation expertise, judgment and ability to work with others to improve how the work gets done.

What You'll Do

• Observe sanitation activities and identify gaps in cleaning processes, SSOP execution and food-safety practices.

• Verify pre-operational and general sanitation activities and help drive corrective action when expectations are not met.

• Support sanitation chemical management, including proper usage, titrations, inventory and documentation.

• Perform Master Sanitation Schedule verification and support ATP/APC and other sanitation performance activities.

• Coach and educate sanitation team members when procedures are not being performed correctly.

• Work closely with sanitation execution, FSQA and Operations to troubleshoot problems and improve sanitation performance.

• Maintain accurate sanitation records, programs and supporting documentation.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 90 days, you can enter a problem area, recognize what is not being performed correctly, work with the appropriate team to address it and clearly communicate what happened.

As your knowledge of the operation grows, you're identifying sanitation problems before leadership has to find them and helping teams understand not only what needs to change, but why.

You May Be a Strong Fit If...

• You have hands-on food-manufacturing or commercial food sanitation experience.

• You understand sanitation chemicals and how effective cleaning processes work.

• You naturally investigate when something doesn't look right instead of simply checking the box.

• You're comfortable coaching and influencing employees who don't directly report to you.

• You can adapt when priorities change during the shift.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Sanitation experience in a food-manufacturing, food-processing or comparable commercial food sanitation environment.

• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical safety and food-safety requirements.

• Ability to work third shift and occasional weekends based on business needs.

• Ability to stand, walk and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds and work around chemicals and cleaning agents.

Preferred

• Sanitation supervisor, coordinator, lead or technical-service experience.

• Experience with SSOPs, Master Sanitation Schedules, sanitation verification and chemical management.

• Relevant food-safety or sanitation certification.

• Spanish/English bilingual capability.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

You'll join an environment where sanitation is a collaborative effort. Instead of simply identifying a problem and handing it off, you'll have the opportunity to use your expertise to help teams understand the issue, correct it and improve the process.

For someone who wants to build beyond sanitation execution into technical troubleshooting, food safety, verification and cross-functional influence, this role provides that opportunity.
