Job Summary:
As a Mold Tech 1, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining machinery involved in the processing of manufactured goods. Your responsibilities include meeting production targets efficiently and safely while adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
o Ensure the safety of yourself and your team members.
o Adhere to the production schedule by being at your assigned machine(s) at the start of your shift.
o Achieve daily production goals for rubber/phenolic goods.
o Maintain a low scrap rate during production.
o Maintain workplace organization in accordance with 5S standards.
o Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
o Education:
o Ability to read, write, and speak English.
o Experience:
o Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings (preferred).
o Skills:
o Ability to perform simple math calculations.
o Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
o Ability to work up to 6 days per week if required.
o Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and swing shifts.

o Attention to detail to maintain quality and minimize scrap.
o Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workspace.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
o The employee is frequently required to stand for an extended period of time.
o Walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
o The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
