Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions • Professionally greets visitors following security protocol by signing in vendors, customers, and various visitors with a pleasant demeanor, issuing badges and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals • Assists Corporate HQ staff by performing any combination of clerical duties requiring general knowledge and application of various work methods and procedures that may be complex • Leads planning, organizing, and executing of monthly luncheons and other events from start to finish • Manages event setup, breakdown and cleanup, maintaining a tidy and professional environment • Coordinates with vendors, speakers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations • Answers and routes incoming phone calls, delivers messages with polite professionalism • Prepares and submits expense reports • Performs routine errands including shopping for office supplies, picking up food orders, and completing other authorized deliveries to support daily office operations • Maintains professionalism and cleanliness of office daily by stocking refrigerator, wiping counters, tidying conference rooms and common areas, emptying trash, re-stocking office and bathroom supplies, etc. • Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail and packages • May prepare, manage, and disburse office forms • May assist with editing and proofreading documents • May assist with filing and other administrative office duties • Uses Microsoft Office suite for email, budget tracking, and managing conference room calendars

Required Education and Experience • Minimum of 5 years of related experience to include at least 2 years of hospitality experience • US Citizenship Required • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance (if necessary). • Candidate must be 18 years or older and have access to reliable transportation to support the job duties listed above

Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree • Prior experience working with government contracting organizations • Prior experience organizing and executing events/luncheons in a professional setting
