Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a high level of store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with stocking merchandise, ensuring shelves are full and presentable.
• Execute visual merchandising standards to create attractive product displays.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members.
• Working knowledge of retail sales principles and techniques.
• General knowledge of customer service best practices.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks and responsibilities.
• Basic organizational skills to manage inventory and workspace.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate the sales floor.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment, ideally within a mall setting.
• Experience with visual merchandising and display creation.
