Job Description

Position: Snow Removal Truck Driver

Location: Aurora, Denver, and Wheat Ridge areas

Season: October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Schedule: On-call during snow events with a minimum of 8 hours paid per dispatch

Hours: Typical shift is 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with some shifts beginning as early as 1:00 AM. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Snow Removal Truck Driver and help keep local properties safe and accessible during winter weather. In this seasonal, on-call role, you'll operate a plow-equipped pickup truck, clear snow from parking lots and drive lanes, and ensure safe conditions during snow events. We're looking for reliable, safety-minded individuals with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

As a Snow Removal Truck Driver, you'll play a key role in keeping commercial properties and roadways clear and safe during winter weather. Responsibilities include:

• Operating pickup trucks equipped with snowplows

• Removing snow from parking lots, drive lanes, and designated areas

• Applying de-icing materials as needed

• Monitoring site conditions and reporting completed work

• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Working efficiently during snow and ice events to maintain safe conditions

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Experience operating snowplows or similar equipment preferred

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays during weather events

Work Environment:

This position requires working outdoors in snow, ice, wind, and cold temperatures. Applicants should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks for extended periods. Job sites vary throughout the Denver metro area.
