What You'll Do

• Resolve member and non-member inquiries efficiently, delivering a professional and supportive contact center experience

• Process financial transactions, account inquiries, and account maintenance accurately and in accordance with established controls

• Identify member needs and connect them with relevant Credit Human products and services that support their financial health

• Communicate clearly in English and Spanish to ensure members understand available options and next steps

• Protect members and the organization by consistently following policies, procedures, BSA requirements, and other applicable regulations

• Maintain current knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide reliable guidance

• Achieve service, referral, training, and team goals that contribute to department and organizational growth

Experience:

Required

• 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or financial service experience and/or contact center customer service experience

• Some sales experience

Skills & Knowledge:

Required

• Excellent customer service

• Bilingual in Spanish/English

• Excellent written and/or verbal communication skills

• PC skills and 10-key by touch

• Type 30 or better words per minute

Education:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Licenses & Certifications:

Required

• Employees must demonstrate Spanish language proficiency by passing the Foreign Language Incentive Program assessment within 90 days of completing training.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm

Compensation Details:

Paygrade: 1BA

The expected pay range for this position is $17.98-$19.00 hourly.

Job Location: This position is onsite based in San Antonio, TX.
