The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of CBI Health's compensation and benefits programs. This role collaborates closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational objectives.
