About this role
What You'll Do
• Be a friendly, professional presence for league members, officers, and guests using our Code S.E.R.V.E. service standards
• Partner with the management team to evaluate current leagues and help plan new programs and tournaments
• Assist with coordinating, promoting, and marketing approved leagues, tournaments, and special programs
• Act as a liaison between the center, league officers, and program participants
• Attend league officer meetings as needed and provide ongoing support
• Help manage program schedules and communicate updates or cancellations
• Collect and maintain contact information for league participants
• Help guests learn about available programs and connect them with league officers
• Assist with auditing league monies and ensuring paperwork is completed accurately
• Use bowling league software to verify weekly scores, rosters, and league rules
• Prepare score sheets and maintain online league content
• Help promote other events and activities at the center
• Pitch in with other tasks as needed to support the team
What We're Looking For
• Knowledge of USBC league rules and regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with groups, answering questions, and keeping things organized
• Ability to stay calm and positive in a busy, guest-facing environment
The Environment
• A lively, high-energy setting with music, lighting effects, and large crowds
• Regular interaction with families, children, and league members
• Evening availability is required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
