WEEKLY HOURS Monday – Thursday 6a – 3:30p & Friday 6a – 10a. Overtime as needed
DEPARTMENT Spring Up
REPORTS TO Spring Up Supervisor
POSITION DETAILS JOB PURPOSE
To help provide training and support functions in the spring up department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Perform any task assigned in the department.
•Train employees.
•Perform repair work.
•Support department supervisor and employees.
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
•Regular and predictable performance of job duties.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plants with concrete floors.

QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
3+ years Outside Upholstery Experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in furniture manufacturing.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or Equivalent
REQUIRED SKILLS PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
•Must have a knowledge of departmental procedures.
•Must be able to read the ticket order.
•Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75lbs.
•Must be able to work safely, neatly, and quickly to meet production requirements.
•Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.\
•Must be a team player.
•Must be reliable.
•Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
•Must be able to work weekends and overtime.
•Must have strong communication skills.
•Must be able to wear required safety PPE such as safety glasses and closed-toe/closed-heel shoes.
•Must be able to adhere to all safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
