POSITION TITLE: Quality Manager CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB is seeking Quality Manager to drive accountability and ensure project-level deliverables that meet ADB's quality standards. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for complex, multi-disciplined projects. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of delivering and executing large-scale construction projects with impeccable quality, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead overall project quality performance across complex, multi-disciplined construction projects
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, customer expectations, and contractual requirements
• Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify gaps or non-conformance issues
• Partner with project management, engineering, and field operations teams to drive quality outcomes
• Provide quality guidance and support during project planning, execution, and closeout activities
• Facilitate communication between teams regarding quality expectations, findings, and resolutions
• Mentor field personnel and project teams on quality standards and best practices
• Maintain responsibility for overall project quality performance and customer satisfaction outcomes
• Provide project management teams with updates on project quality status, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Maintain organized records to support customer reviews, audits, and project closeout requirements
• Serve as an informal leader of field team members, driving quality and communicating issues to Supervisors and Construction Managers
• Drives team KPI's to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB's safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions including climbing, sitting, standing, walking, and driving
• Regular exposure to all weather conditions, especially hot, humid and/or rainy spring, summer, and fall weather combined with regular work time indoors in environmentally controlled conditions
• May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated
• When working on site, will be required to wear common PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hart hat, and safety-toed boots
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
• 1-3+ years of technical field experience required
• 1+ years of QAQC program leadership experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel nationwide is required
This position pays between $65,000 and $110,000 base and is based on the candidate's skillset and experience.
