Conduct verification with the Banker’s Association of the Phils. (BAP) thru their Negative File Information System (NFIS) as requested by the HRMG Coordinate with requesting business units for the documents needed subject for investigation and or verification Checking and monitoring of requests in the DIA online portal (SharePoint) Sending of Investigators’ furnished reports to intended recipients Filing of reports and other office documents Procurement of supplies and other fix furniture and equipment (FFE) In-charge of all office records Assist in the preparation of all pertinent reports and documents required by the HRMG, Risk Management Group, Audit, Information Security, Compliance, among others Perform other functions as the DIA Head may direct including going to an official business off-site whenever necessary Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course or Criminology Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Other Details: Rank: Rank and File Unit: Financial and Control Sector / Legal and Remedial Services Group / Security and Internal Affairs Division/ Physical Security Management Department Location: Metro Park, Pasay
