Your Tasks Active contribution to development of business plans and business strategies Cross-divisional project management, esp. at the intersection of Product & Sales Strengthening and optimization of cross-divisional collaboration, both including processes as well as methodologies, e.g., Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) Market monitoring of current as well as possible future trends to derive data-based, strategic implications for MMS Retail Media; this also includes the analysis of key competitors Monitoring and Reporting Retail Media-representations at events and conferences Your Profile Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related area (ideally with Master’s degree/MBA) Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in a dynamic business context Sense for technical as well as regulatory market trends and changes Basic understanding of Retail Media ecosystems as well as value chain Very good analytical as well as conceptual skills Strength in communication with clear customer focus, esp. strong presentation skills incl.
