About the Role As a Planning Specialist within the Supply Chain team in Lodz, you will provide operational and analytical support to ensure efficient planning processes and high-quality master data. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate closely with Production Planners, Material Planners, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Quality teams. This permanent, full-time hybrid role supports daily planning operations, reporting activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across a manufacturing site serving multiple customer markets. Key Responsibilities include: Support Production and Material Planners in daily planning activities Monitor production schedules, material availability, and planning exceptions. Update and maintain planning parameters within the ERP system Provide planning support and backup during peak workload periods. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Supply Chain reports. Monitor and report KPIs such as OTIF, inventory levels, inventory accuracy, production plan adherence, and material availability. Analyze planning performance and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management. Coordinate communication across Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Quality functions. Follow up on actions resulting from planning meetings and support administrative coordination activities. Participate in Supply Chain improvement projects. Support process standardization, simplification, KPI automation, and dashboard development. About You Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related function. Understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. Good understanding of MRP/ERP planning processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is an advantage Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or another ERP system is an advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions Continuous improvement mindset and attention to detail Fluent English, both written and spoken.
