Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse and receiving operations to ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and timely material flow to production. Lead the warehouse team to achieve operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and work instructions. Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting, stock control, and effective warehouse management practices. Ensure timely replenishment and availability of materials to support production requirements. Monitor warehouse operations, asset utilization, workplace safety, and security standards. Support system maintenance activities and participate in new system implementation projects. Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management to warehouse personnel. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate operational priorities and updates. Monitor operational performance and provide regular progress updates to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 6-7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management, preferably within electronics or manufacturing environments. Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role within warehouse operations. Strong knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, warehouse processes, and safety management. Experience with ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred. Strong leadership, coaching, delegation, and team development skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across functions.
