About this role
Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily production operations to ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization initiatives. Develop and execute production plans to meet customer requirements and business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient manufacturing performance. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs), production efficiency, product quality, and on-time delivery. Manage production resources, budgets, equipment utilization, and workforce planning. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to production teams, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture. Identify and resolve operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support strategic business initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the electrical or electronics industry. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence methodologies. Six Sigma certification or experience is preferred. Proven experience managing production teams in a high-mix, medium-volume manufacturing environment. Strong people leadership, coaching, and employee development capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in ERP systems, manufacturing applications, and Microsoft Office tools. Results-oriented with the ability to drive productivity, quality improvements, and cost optimization.
