Responsibilities Supervise daily production operations to ensure safety, productivity, output, and cycle time targets are achieved. Lead production teams to achieve KPI objectives and drive continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives. Coordinate day-to-day manufacturing activities, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, staffing, and employee relations. Develop and execute short-term operational plans aligned with business goals, including budgeting, workforce planning, and performance management. Foster a high-performance work environment through coaching, employee development, empowerment, and team engagement. Monitor team performance, provide guidance and training, and ensure effective execution of production activities. Drive continuous improvement and corrective action processes to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Planning, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to optimize manufacturing processes and product performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards while maintaining a positive and professional work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in a high-mix and/or low-mix manufacturing environment. Proven experience leading production teams and managing workforce performance in a manufacturing setting. Strong leadership, supervisory, coaching, and team development capabilities. Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and resolve conflicts effectively. Ability to manage changing priorities, production demands, and operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and production-related systems. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Experience working with high-performance, self-directed teams and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
