At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 职位要求 Responsibilities • Responsible for Development of Mold tooling and processes to support new product development and time to launch the molds at TE plant. • Conduct DFM reviews of new product and provide insight / recommendations to improve product design and manufacturability. • Finish all deliverables according to project request like as DFM, PFMEA, TAR, RFQ • Provide cost estimations for new mold tooling and processes. • Ensure molds and processes are designed to be capable of producing good quality products efficiently and effectively at the lowest possible cost. Provide insights into DFM and tooling design review. • Assess and provide risk analysis and mitigation for molds and mold processes to be developed. • Generating and implementing of innovation ideas into new mold development or process improvement. • Lead tool design review, optimize mold design, and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD, Creo, Mold Flow or Moldex3D software packages. • Identify and recommend molding press requirements. • Experience in collaborating with global cultures in a project manager led / team environment • Generate Tooling Approval Requirements for mold and process which includes defining capability study requirements • Work with TE manufacturing plants and global suppliers to design, build, and condition new molds • Proficient skill on tool development progress management, guaranteeing tool approval on time. Implement effective recovery action when progress deviated from plan. • Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical data effectively • 10% of traveling may be required. Position Requirements: • Proficient verbal and written English • 8-10 years in injection mold development experience • Capable of finishing mold design work independent when required. • Rich experience on hot runner application and cycle time reduction • B.S.
