As part of our International growth strategy, we are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to support our Sales organization through effective tender governance, commercial reporting, and data-driven decision making. This role plays a critical part in improving tender quality, strengthening management visibility, and ensuring disciplined execution of the sales process across the Asset Performance business. Responsibilities Tender Governance & Compliance Maintain the tender governance calendar, ensuring timely execution of bid reviews, approval gates, submission milestones, and executive decision points. Coordinate governance meetings, including scheduling, agenda management, attendee alignment, and distribution of supporting documentation. Ensure governance packs are complete, accurate, and version controlled, including tender summaries, commercial approvals, risk assessments, pricing assumptions, and supporting documentation. Verify readiness of governance submissions and proactively identify missing information, risks, or approval gaps before review meetings. Record meeting minutes, decisions, approvals, actions, assumptions, and risk mitigation measures, maintaining a clear and auditable decision trail. Manage action trackers, monitor progress, and proactively escalate overdue actions or risks that may impact bid quality, compliance, or submission deadlines. Support consistent governance practices across countries and business units while accommodating local operating requirements and customer-specific processes. Maintain structured governance records and document repositories to support auditability and efficient knowledge management. Identify process improvement opportunities that strengthen governance effectiveness while reducing unnecessary administrative burden. Sales Operations & Data Analytics Act as the focal point for Salesforce data quality, compliance, and reporting across the Asset Performance International sales organisation. Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance dashboards. Analyse pipeline health, forecast accuracy, conversion rates, order intake, and account performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Provide actionable insights and management reporting to support strategic decision making. Support account management programs by monitoring engagement plans, review cadences, action completion rates, and performance metrics. Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and business insight generation. Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Support Prepare concise reports and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting key tender activities, approval requirements, commercial risks, sales performance, and actions requiring intervention. Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, finance, and business leadership teams to ensure effective coordination across the sales lifecycle. Support strategic reviews through the preparation of high-quality data analysis, presentations, and business insights Anticipated Skills Experience Requirements Preferred location is Abu Dhabi, UAE Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and digital reporting tools. Knowledge of Python, automation, or data visualisation tools is advantageous. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports and presentations. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Commercially aware, proactive, and solution-oriented. High level of integrity and professionalism when handling commercially sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Experience in tender governance, bid management, sales operations, commercial support, project controls, PMO, or business analytics within engineering, industrial services, energy, or related sectors. Strong understanding of tender lifecycles, approval processes, commercial governance, and management reporting. Experience supporting executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced business environment.
