Join our E-Mobility team and play a key role in ensuring that engineering product changes are successfully managed and implemented. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate change management activities, including organizing change review meetings and ensuring effective stakeholder alignment. Manage engineering product changes from request initiation through implementation and closure within PLM systems. Review and validate change documentation to ensure completeness, quality, and compliance with established processes and guidelines. Coordinate technical and commercial impact assessments, including cost evaluations, to support informed decision-making. Drive collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely implementation of changes. Monitor change progress, track action items and milestones, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to change management processes and tools. Your Profile: University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German language is an advantage. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Why Join Us?
