Once you have completed the above finalize your application by clicking apply below Purpose Statement To support the Head: Projects with: Managing the costing of branch construction and/or refurbishment within a specific geographical area to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed specifications, timelines and budget All required administrative related support Experience Minimum: At least 3 years cost accountancy, business management and project management experience in a building/construction/refurbishment environment Qualifications (Minimum) A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting - Financial Accounting Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational Knowledge Minimum: Knowledge of: Project management Production planning/logistics Building/construction methods/materials/regulations Financial Management Budgeting & reporting Audit requirements Accounting principles Skills Communications Skills Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Administration Skills Planning, organising and coordination skills Reporting Skills Numerical Reasoning skills Problem solving skills Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills Attention to Detail Conditions of Employment Clear criminal and credit record Contactable via own mobile phone A valid driver's license and own vehicle is required Capitec is committed to diversity and, where feasible, all appointments will support the achievement of our employment equity goals.
