Job Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Operato r to join our Services Supply Network team in Monte Mor , São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, order picking, and shipping activities. You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, timely material flow, and excellent service to both internal and external customers while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This position requires hands-on experience in warehouse operations, a valid reach truck/forklift operator certification, and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays when required. What you will do Perform warehouse receiving and shipping activities, including urgent and emergency requests. Verify received shipments against transportation documents and invoices. Confirm that physical parts match purchase order references and ordered quantities in the system. Store received materials in designated warehouse locations using barcode scanning and warehouse management procedures. Investigate and report discrepancies in deliveries, including quality issues, shortages, and non-conformities. Execute inventory adjustments and stock regularization processes when required. Process returns and inventory corrections related to warranty activities. Pick and prepare materials from Vertical Shuttle systems, shelving units, and pallet rack storage using pallet jacks and reach trucks. Select appropriate packaging materials, prepare transportation documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate and verify information required for invoice issuance by the billing department. Perform physical and system inventory transfers between warehouses and workshops. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean working environment in accordance with company standards and policies. We believe you have High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or material handling. Valid reach truck and/or forklift operator certification. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and inventory control processes. Basic computer skills and ability to work with operational systems and documentation. Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Ability to lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines. Availability to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
