Job Summary Our Product Development Centres (PDC) are great resources for developing and testing new products, recipes and product categories. The Product Development Centre (PDC) Rayong, Thailand is one of the 12 product development centre’s globally. Our Product Development Centres around the world have various kinds of test equipment, including Beverage processing, packaging, Ice cream, Prepared foods. We are looking for Project leader to join our Product Development Centre (PDC) Rayong Thailand. In this role, you will work in the pilot plant where we provide trial run facilities for our customers. You will provide technical support and solutions to assembly of modules of different sizes with respect to Process, Packaging and Industrial Engineering Solutions. You'll be based in Rayong, Thailand reporting to the PDC Driver. What you will do As our Project leader, you will: Plan and execute new product trials of our customers at pilot plant Organize, engage, communicate and educate customers to ensure efficient and effective transition from research to development to manufacturing Oversee new product projects for internal and external customers, ensuring effective resource management, risk mitigation, and project delivery Monitor and record process controls of plant equipment Perform Analytical testing (Physicochemical, Chemical and Microbiological testing) Handle the logistics of trial related raw material and finished products Coordinate import/export documentation & ensure compliance with Thai FDA and customs Act as the primary liaison with regulatory stakeholders and responsible for coordinating, preparing, reviewing, and maintaining Thai FDA documentation to ensure compliance requirements of our FDA licensed pilot plant.
