PR&Digital Specialist, Cosmetics&Fragrance (Korean only) (Seoul, 11, KR) @ Shiseido

MAIN PURPOSE Responsible for planning and executing integrated PR and digital marketing initiatives for Cosmetics & Fragrance brands, including ANESSA, TISS, Narciso Rodriguez, Issey Miyake, and Max Mara . Drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through strategic communications, digital media, influencer and celebrity partnerships, viral content, and experiential activations. Collaborate closely with APAC and local stakeholders to ensure successful execution of regional and local brand initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute integrated PR and digital communication plans aligned with brand objectives, product launches, and annual marketing priorities. Plan and manage digital marketing activities across social media, digital advertising, influencer marketing, and viral content to drive brand awareness and engagement. Analyze brand performance, campaign results, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimize communication effectiveness. Manage media value planning, campaign reporting, and ROI evaluation to measure communication performance. Identify and manage celebrity, influencer, media, and strategic partnerships to maximize brand visibility and earned media impact. Lead the development and execution of PR materials, including press releases, press kits, media toolkits, and communication guidelines. Manage external partners including PR, digital, creative, and influencer agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution. Plan and execute product launch campaigns, hero product activations, and integrated communication initiatives across paid, owned, and earned channels. Plan and manage brand events, outdoor activations, pop-ups, media events, and consumer experiences from concept development through on-site execution and post-event evaluation. Collaborate with APAC teams and internal stakeholders to align regional strategies, provide regular updates, and ensure timely follow-up on key projects. Manage communication budgets and prepare performance reports, campaign recaps, and management presentations. RE QUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 3–5 years of experience in PR, digital marketing, or brand communications. Strong understanding of digital media, influencer marketing, and content strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Experience in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands preferred.
