Division / Section Group HR (A), Global HR Business Relations Asia & Middle East (U) Field of Activity Working closely with the HR team in Singapore, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across a broad range of HR activities. Area of coverage includes all entities in scope under Deutsche Boerse Group in Asia & Middle East. Your Responsibilities: Internship Management Support intern recruitment activities including job posting, screening of CVs, interview coordination, new joiner orientation etc. Coordinate intern get-together sessions HR Services Support employee expense reimbursement processes through SAP Concur Support time management processes through SAP Fiori Serve as a first point of contact for employee enquiries related to time management and expense management processes Assist in employee lifecycle, such as but not limited to onboarding and offboarding procedures and employee documentation preparations Benefits administration support for employees Projects Assist in employee filing and document digitalization Support document template and standardization process Coordinate the logistics of employee engagement, CSR, and wellbeing activities Provide administrative support for other ad hoc initiatives as required Your Profile: A passionate individual who is keen to pursue a career in Human Resources Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, any proficiencies in automation tools is an added advantage Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with employees and stakeholders across different levels A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and mindset Internship duration: December 2026 – May 2027 Location: Singapore
