Learn more: jti.com Business Unit Manager m/f/d Position: Lead and manage day‑to‑day performance of the Business Unit, ensuring delivery of production, quality, and efficiency targets Own the end-to-end performance of the Business Unit, ensuring delivery of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, and People objectives Oversee structure, capability building, leadership of Cell Leads, Process Leads, Maintenance Leads, and operational teams Through master utilization of IWS, the role ensures full compliance with operational standards supporting PDCA cycle and loss‑elimination activities Secure production readiness: verifying process, operator training, and equipment capability with identification and mitigation of operational risks Support tests and trials, process validation, troubleshooting, and stabilization of new products Requirements: Minimum of two years of professional experience in a managerial position within production departments of an international company Experience with managing production projects and optimizing production processes is essential Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication Master’s degree in engineering What to expect: Flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, wellbeing initiatives, and excellent benefits Are you ready to join us?
