REPORTS TO: Head of School
SCOPE OF ROLE: The Director of Admissions leads and manages all aspects of student recruitment and enrollment, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and values. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and enrolling families who will thrive in and contribute to the school community, while upholding and strengthening the school’s public brand and maintaining a clear, consistent, and mission-aligned admissions experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity, including a consistent relationship with Jesus Christ
• Commitment to becoming an active member of Grace Fellowship, a Church for All Nations, as part of alignment with the school’s mission and leadership expectations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides leadership across all admissions-related functions for Preschool–12th grade
• Collaborates with elementary, intermediate, and secondary administrators on admissions-related matters
• Oversees admissions advancement efforts in partnership with the Head of School and administrative team
• Lead all new student admissions processes
• Manage initial inquiries and family communications
• Conduct campus tours
• Coordinate and schedule admissions testing
• Oversee scoring and evaluation of assessments
• Plan and facilitate Admissions Committee meetings
• Communicate admissions decisions (acceptance/denial)
• Coordinate applicant interviews with deans and principals (K5–12)
• Oversee re-enrollment processes
• Plan and execute new student orientation
• Lead Open House events
• Maintain and report enrollment data and trends
• Manage application processing and distribution for K5–12 across divisions
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Head of School
