Who we are
Connolly is a family-run specialist in complex, whole-house refurbishment – delivered by our own Connolly people. We were founded in 1980 by Tony Connolly who still pops in to keep an eye on us.
We work for social landlords across the North of England to create warmer, safer and decent homes. This includes refurbishing internal spaces such as kitchens and bathrooms, upgrading exterior windows and doors, plus retrofitting homes to make them more energy efficient and compliant with latest legislation.

How we work matters
At Connolly, the way we work matters just as much as the work itself. We live by our values, because team Connolly means having each other’s backs and recognising that the person matters. We’re curious, always looking for a better way and take pride in what we do. We keep moving forward, support each other to learn and grow and aim to leave things better than we found them.
