About Your Role
Support Denver International Airport (DEN) project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders with operational readiness and airport project coordination activities. The ORAT Staff Support will assist with operational readiness and project coordination practices, support stakeholder expectation documentation, coordinate activities across overlapping projects, facilitate meetings and workshops, conduct site visits and observations, and assist stakeholders and Project Managers in navigating construction impacts.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required.
What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
• Experience in ORAT, project stakeholder coordination, airline/airport operations, airport/airline maintenance, or airport management.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and coordination with multiple entities such as airlines, airport authorities, government agencies, and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises to test readiness prior to facility openings.
• Experience in program standardization and process development.

• Experience supporting airport operational readiness programs.
• Experience working directly with airport operations, airlines, contractors, maintenance, or other airport stakeholders.
• Experience with training development, operational trials, or simulation exercises supporting facility openings.
• Experience in program standardization and process development.
• Experience working within an established airport ORAT governance structure.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple concurrent airport projects.
What You'll Do
• Assist DEN Project Managers with general questions and feedback related to operational readiness and project coordination practices.
• Support DEN project sponsors and stakeholders in documenting their expectations throughout the project duration.
• Establish regular meetings with stakeholders in accordance with the DEN ORAT governance structure.
• Coordinate project activities in conjunction with multiple Project Managers to align activities and tasks from overlapping projects.
• Develop and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Conduct site visits and observations to support the above.
• Assist stakeholders and Project Managers in navigating construction impacts.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation is based on qualifications, experience, skills, certifications, and other job-related factors.
A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals; bonus opportunities are available at management’s discretion.
