This individual will administer client-specific onboarding processes and cultivate a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of experience in the staffing industry or administrative experience with bilingual (English & Spanish) abilities. Pay, Schedule, and Location
• $20-$22/hr and up depending on experience, paid weekly, plus bonus earning potential.
• Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
• Daytime, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with seasonal overtime.
• Located in Bolingbrook, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate client-specific processes or requests (i.e. orientations)
• An aptitude for understanding client’s needs to ensure a prepared candidate pool
• Cultivate a positive working environment
• Correspond with payroll and management for reporting and submittals
• Communicates between onsites and branch on staffing needs and issues.
• Acts as the first level of conflict resolution for walk-ins
• Ensures that both the client and Accurate are compliant with employment and safety regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
• Ideally possesses at least 1 year of administrative or staffing experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with limited supervision.
